ifydcat Illinois Senate SB0152 is seeking from all auto insurance carriers to endorse a non government agreement known as Nationwide Inter-Company Arbitration (NICA). There are over 4,000 automobile insurance carriers that signed this pact. The agreement is a platform in which automobile insurance providers work with and resolve contested issues connected to auto insurance claims among themselves by means of arbitrations, with out having to go to courts and the legal systems. The arbitrators are usually educated auto insurance claim adjusters with several years of experience.
